About Me
Hi! I’m Diamond King (and yes, that’s my real name). I am from The Philippines. I am a freelance Project Manager / Customer Service
Expert with over a decade experience in working in a remote work environment. I help teams deliver high-quality work—on time. I’m fully invested in getting results and making sure nothing slips through
the cracks.
I started my career as a Customer Service Representative, helping people solve problems and make the best choices for their needs. Over the years, I worked my way up—taking on roles in tech support, recruitment, and team leadership —until I eventually stepped into Project Management.
With over 4 years in this role, I bring a strong foundation in problem-solving, people management, and strategic planning. I’ve coached and mentored more than 30 team members, improved team performance by 30% through smarter hiring practices, and efficient team task management. I’ve consistently delivered projects on time and to a high standard. I’m calm under pressure, detail-driven, and focused on getting things right—not just done.
My Professional Background
I started in the BPO industry way back 2011. In 2014, I decided to switch to working remotely and from then, I have worked with different e-learning companies, wearing multiple hats and leading projects.
Courses For Success is an E-learning Company Based in AU. During my time here, I was responsible for overseeing the team and providing coaching and mentorship to
help members achieve their sales goals. Prepared reports and conducted sales
analyses to enhance our marketing initiatives. Managed hiring processes, created
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals, and handled vendor invoices.
Brasstacks is a B2B Saas LMS provider based in the US, I ensure the timely completion of business and product development projects,
developing a business plan while monitoring project milestones, facilitating
smooth communication between departments and stakeholders, and creating a
procedures manual along with overseeing the hiring process.
Ucademy is an Academic Tutor Provider based in UK. With Ucademy, I was responsible for providing comprehensive support to clients. This includes
conducting client onboarding sessions for both parents and students, as well as
creating detailed student progress reports.
TCA is an e-learning provider based in NZ, my role here involves overseeing the team, providing coaching and mentorship to team
members, and assisting them in reaching their sales objectives. Additionally,
conduct reports and sales analyses while enhancing marketing initiatives.
